تبحث شركة أرابيك أتلانتيك ميديا عن صحفي ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون لدى المرشح المثالي خلفية قوية في إعداد التقارير وتغطية الأخبار والأحداث المحلية، ويمتلك مهارات ممتازة في الكاميرا والتحرير. يستهدف هذا الدور الجمهور الناطق باللغة العربية، لذا فإن إتقان اللغة العربية أمر ضروري.

المسؤوليات:

1. التقارير والتغطية:

 جمع القصص الإخبارية وإجراء المقابلات وإعداد التقارير حول مجموعة واسعة من المواضيع ذات الصلة بالجمهور الناطق باللغة العربية. قم بتغطية الأحداث المحلية والأخبار العاجلة والقصص التي تهم الإنسان بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.

2. إنشاء المحتوى: إنتاج محتوى مكتوب ومحتوى متعدد الوسائط مصمم خصيصًا ليناسب تفضيلات واهتمامات الجمهور الناطق باللغة العربية. يتضمن ذلك المقالات ومقاطع الفيديو وتنسيقات الوسائط الرقمية الأخرى.

3. تشغيل الكاميرا: التقط محتوى مرئيًا عالي الجودة باستخدام معدات الكاميرا الاحترافية. تأكد من جودة الإطارات والإضاءة والصوت المناسبة لإنتاج الفيديو.

4. التحرير:

قم بتحرير محتوى الوسائط المتعددة وما بعد المعالجة لتعزيز الجاذبية المرئية وفعالية سرد القصص. يشترط إجادة برامج تحرير الفيديو.

5. مشاركة الجمهور:

 التفاعل مع الجمهور من خلال منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والرد على الاستفسارات والملاحظات بطريقة احترافية وفي الوقت المناسب. تعزيز الشعور بالانتماء للمجتمع والثقة بين القراء/المشاهدين الناطقين باللغة العربية.

6. البحث:

ابق على اطلاع بالأحداث والاتجاهات والتطورات الحالية ذات الصلة بالجمهور الناطق باللغة العربية. إجراء بحث شامل لضمان الدقة والمصداقية في التقارير.

7. التعاون:

 العمل بشكل وثيق مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين، بما في ذلك المحررين والمصورين ومصوري الفيديو، لإنتاج محتوى متعدد الوسائط شامل ومقنع.

مؤهلات:

1. درجة البكالوريوس في الصحافة أو الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة.
2. مطلوب إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثا).
3. خبرة مثبتة في مجال الصحافة، مع مجموعة قوية تعرض مهارات إعداد التقارير وإنشاء محتوى الوسائط المتعددة.
4. الكفاءة في تشغيل الكاميرا وبرامج تحرير الفيديو (مثل Adobe Premiere Pro وFinal Cut Pro).
5. مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والتواصل، مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة.
6. القدرة على العمل بفعالية في ظل مواعيد نهائية ضيقة والتكيف مع المواقف الإخبارية المتطورة.
7. مهارات شخصية قوية وعقلية تعاونية.
8. الإلمام بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وأدوات النشر الرقمي.
9. تعتبر المعرفة بالمشهد الثقافي والاجتماعي والسياسي للعالم الناطق باللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

ملحوظة: هذه الوظيفة لمدة 4 أشهر، ولكن إذا أثبت المرشح نفسه وكان متفوقًا في منصبه، فيمكن أن يكون منصبًا بدوام كامل.

Job Description:

Arabic Atlantic Media Inc. is seeking an experienced journalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reporting, covering news and local events, and possess excellent camera and editing skills. This role is targeted towards an Arabic-speaking audience, so fluency in Arabic is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. 1. Reporting and Coverage:

 Gather news stories, conduct interviews, and report on a wide range of topics relevant to the Arabic-speaking audience. Cover local events, breaking news, and human-interest stories with accuracy and timeliness.

2. Content Creation: Produce engaging written and multimedia content tailored to the preferences and interests of the Arabic-speaking audience. This includes articles, videos, and other digital media formats.

3. Camera Operation: Capture high-quality visual content using professional camera equipment. Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio quality for video production.

4. Editing:

Edit and post-process multimedia content to enhance visual appeal and storytelling effectiveness. Proficiency in video editing software is required.

5. Audience Engagement:

 Interact with the audience through social media platforms and respond to inquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Foster a sense of community and trust among Arabic-speaking readers/viewers.

6. Research:

Stay informed about current events, trends, and developments relevant to the Arabic-speaking audience. Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and credibility in reporting.

7. 7. Collaboration:

 Work closely with other team members, including editors, photographers, and videographers, to produce comprehensive and compelling multimedia content.

Qualifications:

1. bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, or a related field.
2. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
3. Proven experience in journalism, with a strong portfolio showcasing reporting skills and multimedia content creation.
4. Proficiency in camera operation and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
5. Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving news situations.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
8. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital publishing tools.
9. Knowledge of the cultural and socio-political landscape of the Arabic-speaking world is a plus.

Note: This position is for 4 months and based on performance it can be extended to a full time position with our company.
